Therefore it would seem reasonable for your EIA to address the following concerns regarding the cumulative impact on: Visual Amenity, Noise, Transport, Agriculture, Telecommunications, Flooding including any cross border effects, Tourism, Regional displacement of bird and bat populations, Flora and fauna, Wellbeing of the local people, a fundamental policy set out in the Welsh Assembly Government ‘One Wales’ policy.
